Deep-Fried Chicken Plum Flavor チキンカツの梅肉風味

  • 2 fillets chicken breast, shaving cut in 8 pieces
  • flour
  • 4 pickled plums, take off the seed and mash
  • 8 leaves green perilla
  • salt and pepper
  • flour
  • 1 beaten egg
  • 2 cup breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil for deep -fry

  1. Score the middle of chicken fillet and sprinkle the flour, and put into the pickled plum and green perilla. Sprinkle a little of salt and pepper.
  2. Coat with flour, beaten egg, and breadcrumbs. Deep-fry at 170℃ until crispy. Serve with shredded cabbage.
