Potato and Ground Meat with Curry Flavor ジャガイモもカレーそぼろ炒め

  • 2 potato
  • 150g ground beef and pork
  • 2 red pepper
  • ½ tbsp curry powder
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 2 tsp granules soup stock
  • salt
  • vegetable oil
  • ¼ cup water

  1. Peel the potatoes and cut into 7-8㎜ wide stick. Cut the red pepper into strips pieces. Combine the curry powder, soy sauce, sake, and granules soup stock and mix well (A)
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the ground meat and fry for about 2-3 min. add the potato and water and cover with lid and steam for about 2-3 min over a low heat.
  3. Turn up a high heat and remove the lid, add the red pepper and fry. Add the (A), and add the little of salt and fry briefly.
