Takikomi Gohan Meals: Sansai Gohan (山菜ご飯)

  • 3 cup rice
  • 100g boiled sansai (mountain vegetables)
  • 3 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • 1 tsp light color soy sauce
  • ½ tsp salt

  1. Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking. Cut the sansai into bite-size pieces.
  2. Put the rice, sake, mirin, light color soy sauce, salt, and sansai all in a rice cooker and mix. Pour the water in a rice cooker and cook as usual. Then cook.
