Takikomi Gohan Meals:Green Peas Gohan(Mame Gohan, 豆ご飯)

Serves: 2 – 3

  • 150g green peas
  • 2 cup rice
  • water
  • 1 tsp salt

  1. Wash the rice for 30 min before cooking.
  2. Put the rice, green peas, salt and water into a rice cooker. Then cook as usual.
  3. When it the cooked, lightly mix in the peas. Taking care not to be break up the rice and peas.
