Day #9 Chicken Tomato Sauce Pasta(鶏肉のトマトソースパスタ)

  • 1 fillet chicken breast
  • ½ onion
  • 1 canned boiled tomato
  • salt and pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 300g spaghetti
  • 1 knob chopped garlic
  • 1 tbsp ketchup

  1. Cut the chicken into bite-size, and cut the onion into thinly slice.
  2. Heat the butter into a frying pan, add the garlic. When the garlic becomes good smell, add the chicken and onion, and fry. Almost through the heat, add the canned tomatoes and simmer for about 10 min.
  3. seasoning with salt, pepper and ketchup.
  4. Boil the spaghetti and pour on tomato sauce.
