Spanish-Style Omelet with Deep-fried Tofu(厚揚げのスペイン風オムレツ)

  • 20g bacon
  • ¼ onion
  • 2 petite tomatoes
  • ¼ bunch spinach
  • 1 deep fried tofu
  • shred cheese
  • 3 eggs
  • 1½ tbsp milk
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil

  1. Cut the bacon into chop, and onion is into thinly slice. Boil the spinach and cut into 3 cm length pieces. Cut the deep fried tofu into small bite-size. And cut the petite tomatoes in slice.
  2. Put the egg into a bowl, add the milk, salt and pepper and beat.
  3. Heat the oil into a frying pan, add the bacon, onion, deep fried tofu, and spinach and fry. Add the salt and fry. When it almost cooked, add ⅔ egg mixture and stir fry until half soften.
  4. Pour the still soften omelet into paper case, add ⅓ other egg mixture and petite tomatoes, sprinkle the shred cheese.
