Deep-Fried Prawn (エビかつ)

  • 200g prawn
  • 1 tbsp beaten egg
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • vegetable oil for deep-fry
  • 3 tbsp mayonnaise for sauce
  • 1 tbsp milk for sauce
  • 1 tsp minced pickles for sauce

  1. Cut the prawn into mince. Put it in a bowl, add beaten egg, flour, salt and pepper and mix well.
  2. Shape the prawn into oval and coat the breadcrumbs. Then, Deep-fry at 170℃ until crispy.
  3. Combine the mayonnaise, milk, pickles, salt and pepper and mix. (Make to sauce) Serve with sauce or tonkatsu sauce your taste.
