Prawn Ajillo 小エビのアヒージョ

  • 16 prawn
  • 1 knob garlic
  • 1 red chili
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • salt

  1. Remove the shell of prawn and de-vein. Cut the garlic into mince.
  2. Place the garlic and chili in a casserole, add the olive oil and heat a low heat.
  3. When there’s a good smell, add the prawn and salt and cook for about 8-10 min.
  4. Serve with baguette.
