Tandoori Chicken タンドリーチキン

  • 200g chicken thigh
  • 160g yogurt
  • 2 tsp curry powder
  • 2 tbsp ketchup
  • garam masara
  • 1tsp grind garlic
  • 1 tsp grind ginger
  • salt and pepper

  1. Combine the yogurt, curry powder, ketchup, garam masara, grind garlic, grind ginger, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  2. Cut the chicken into large bite-size. Toss the chicken in the ingredients of “1”. Let stand for 1 hour over.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the chicken and cook to a medium-low heat.
