On Wednesday’s recipe is a dish called Pork Sauté with Cream Mushroom Sauce or ポークソテーのクリームマッシュルームソース in Japanese. I thought I get all my Pork Sauté recipes out so I can start on a different dish to share. Hope you enjoy this recipe and we will see you all tomorrow. Have a great Wednesday.
  • 4 slice pork loin
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 carrot
  • 10 mushrooms
  • ½ onion
  • vegetable oil
  • 1 canned cream mushroom sauce( stock in store)

  1. In a few place, slash the sinew running between the fat and lean tissue with a knife. Strike the entire surface of the pork, and sprinkle salt and pepper.
  2. Cut the onion and carrot into thinly slice. Wash the mushrooms in cold water.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, place the pork in a pan and saute with both side. Put the oil into a other pan, add the onion, carrot, and mushrooms and fry. When the all vegetables cooked, add the canned cream mushroom sauce. Add the little of milk or water, and simmer briefly.
  4. Place the pork in a plate, pour the cream sauce all over the pork.

There you have it. Hope you enjoy this, until next time let’s cook together. 次回は一緒に作りましょう~^^/~~ PS: If you enjoy my Daily recipe subscribe to my RSS Feed and I also have available my first e-Book, which is FREE to you for coming by and reading my Cooking Japanese Style. Thank you..
