Fried Prawn and Snap peas with Mayonnaise sauce スナップえんどうとえびのマヨ炒め

Monday’s recipe is another simple one called Fried Prawn and Snap Peas with Mayonnaise Sauce or スナップえんどうとえびのマヨ炒め in Japanese. This dish can be used as a side dish or a main dish if you like, very easy to prepare for the family. Enjoy the recipe and we will see you all tomorrow for Tuesday’s dish. Have a awesome Monday.
  • 200g snap peas
  • 120g prawn(removed shell)
  • 1 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1½ tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Tabasco sauce
  • salt

  1. Remove the strings of snap peas and boil in salted boiling water for about 2 min, and cool under cold water and drain.
  2. De-vein the prawns and put it in a sieve, sprinkle a little of salt and wash the cold water and drain.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the prawn and snap peas in this order, and fry. When the prawns were changed color, sprinkle the sake, add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, tabasco sauce, and salt and fry briefly.
