Apple Beignet りんごのベニエ

Tuesday’s recipe is a very delicious dessert called Apple Beignet or りんごのベニエ in Japanese. This is great when you have your lunch-in at the house with coffee, very simple and easy to make. I’m sure that your guest will love the taste of this dish. Enjoy and we will see you all tomorrow, have a great Tuesday.
  • 1 apple
  • ½ white part of egg
  • pinch of salt
  • ½ egg york
  • 2 tbsp milk
  • 50g pancake mix (stock in store)
  • vegetable oil for deep fry
  • powder sugar

  1. Cut the apple into 1㎝ wide round cut, and take off the core.
  2. Put the white part of egg and pinch of salt in a bowl and make to meringue. Put the egg york into a other bowl, and add the milk and mix well. Add the pancake mix, and add the meringue and mix briefly.
  3. Heat the oil at 160-170℃, deep-frying while coating with batter.
  4. Arrange it on a plate, and sprinkle the powder sugar.
