Banana Cake バナナケーキ

Here’s a Delicious Banana cake I made recently. There was finally bananas on sale at the supermarket and I was in the mood make some Banana Cake. Having to use my toast oven and waiting this month for my bigger oven, I will be happy lady when that comes
  • 3-4 Bananas
  • 2 cup Flour
  • 1 teaspoon Baking Soda
  • ¼ teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Eggs
  • ½ cup Vegetable Oil
  • 1 cup Granules Sugar
  • 2 tablespoon Water
  • 1 teaspoon Vanilla Essence

  1. Preparation : Preheat the oven at 190℃. Combine the flour, baking soda, and salt and sift. Mash the banana with folk or masher. Spread the vegetable oil or melted butter in cake pan, coat the flour or place the baking sheet.
  2. Put the egg and vegetable oil and mix well, add the granules sugar and mix well.
  3. Add the flour and mix, add the mashed banana and mix well. Add the water and vanilla essence and mix.
  4. Pour the cake mixture into a cake pan. Bake in the oven for 50-60 min.
  5. Serve with whip cream your taste.
  6. (22㎝×12㎝×7㎝ size cake pan)
