Here’s a Another Delicious Healthy Japanese Home Cooking Style Diet Recipe. This dish was very delicious and this was something the family loved also. It may look like a lot of thing to do with all the ingredients used, but it was easy to make. Enjoy
Ingredients
150 grams Sliced Pork
Your Preference Salt and Pepper
½ Pack (50 grams) Shimeji Mushrooms
½ Onion
1 Green Pepper
¼ Red Paprika
3cm Carrots
2 tablespoon Potato Starch
1 tablespoon Vegetable Oil
For Seasoning:
2½ tablespoon Vinegar
2 tablespoon Sugar
1 tablespoon Ketchup
½ Soy Sauce
1 tablespoon Sake
1 tablespoon Water
2 tablespoon Starch Dissolved in the Water
Instructions
Cut the onion in wedge, and green pepper and paprika into bite-size, cut the carrot into thinly slice. Then, put into a heat-resistant-dish, and wrap with plastic film, microwave on for 4 min.
Cut off the stem of shimeji mushrooms, and broken. Sprinkle the salt and pepper on sliced pork, and place the shimeji mushrooms on a sliced pork and roll.
Coat the starch to pork, heat the oil into a frying pan, and cook. When it cooked, add the vegetable s and fry.
Put the ingredients of seasoning into a bowl and mix, add the frying pan. When it become to the boiling, add the starch dissolved in the water to thicken.
