- 300g white meat fish
- 1 beaten egg
- flour
- bread crumbs
- For Tartar sauce:
- 1 hard boiled egg
- 6tbsp mayonnaise
- 1 tbsp fine chopped onions
- 1 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
- Make to tartar sauce: Chop the hardboiled egg (white part). Combine the egg, mayonnaise, milk, salt and pepper and mix well.
- Cut the white meat fish into bite-size pieces and sprinkle the salt and pepper lightly.
- Coat with flour, beaten egg and then bread crumbs. Deep- fry at 170℃ until crispy. Serve with tartar sauce.
