  • 3 eggs
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • 2 portion cooked rice
  • young sardine
  • vegetable oil

  1. Drop the eggs into a bowl, and add the salt and mixing. Heat a frying pan with oil and make the scrambled egg. Put the scrambled egg on the cooked rice, and put the young sardine on top. Pour over a little soy sauce, your choice.
