Spinach with Roast Pine Nuts ほうれん草と松の実の和えもの

- 1 bunch spinach
- 25g pine nuts
- ½ tbsp parmesan cheese
- ½ tbsp honey
- ½ tbsp vinegar
- ⅓ tsp salt
- Boil the spinach, rinse in cold water and squeeze out of moisture, and cut into 5㎝ lengths pieces.
- Roast the pine nuts and chopped roughly. Combine the parmesan cheese, honey, vinegar, and salt and mixing with pine nuts, then dress with spinach.
