Good Morning Everyone, I hope that you all are having a great weekend. The sun has finally come out in Japan, after raining all week. Now I can finally wash the all the families clothes. Today’s Japanese Cooking Recipe is called Banana and Avocado Salad or バナナとアボカドのサラダ in Japanese. This is a very delicious recipe and easy to make. I hope you enjoy this recipe. Well, let’s see what we need to make our Banana and Avocado Salad.
  • 1 banana
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 jalapeno, cut into mince
  • ⅓ lemon

  1. Cut the avocado in half and remove the seed and cut into bite -size. Cut the banana in same size with avocado.
  2. Combine the avocado and banana in a bowl, sprinkle the lemon juice with squeeze the lemon, and mix well. Stuff the avocado skin and sprinkle the jalapeno.
