  • 160g beet can
  • 100ml fresh cream
  • ⅓ lemon juice, squeeze the lemon
  • salt and pepper
  • Rye bread

  1. Place the fresh cream into a bowl, add the salt, pepper, and lemon juice, mix well.
  2. Cut the beet into thinly slice, and add them into a bowl of dressing. Serve with rye bread.
