Honey Chicken はちみつチキン

Well todays Coking Japanese Style is called Honey Chicken or はちみつチキン in Japanese. As you may know already my family is chicken eaters and this is another one of their favorites. This is very easy to make and very delicious, I think this tastes better than KFC Honey Fried Chicken. Enjoy Let see what ingredients we need to make our Honey Chicken.
  • 2 chicken tights
  • A:
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce( or fish sauce)
  • 2 tsp water
  • 1 tsp toasted sesame
  • 1 lemon
  • 3 bunch cilantro leaf
  • watercress, lettuce
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp olive oil

  1. Cut the chicken in 3 equal pieces, heat the olive oil in a frying pan, fry the chicken until brown, turn over and fry for 2-3 min.
  2. Preheat the oven at 200℃, Put the baking sheet on oven dish, place the chicken on dish, and spread the combined ” A ” of ingredients,(half) Bake for about 20 min.
  3. Spread the half sauce, and sprinkle the toasted sesame, continue bake for about 20min.
  4. Serve the garnish with lemon, cilantro leaf, watercress, and lettuce.
