Ingredients
  • 250g Sliced thinly pork
  • 6 tbsp flour
  • 5 tbsp water
  • salt and pepper
  • breadcrumbs
  • oil for deep fry
  • sauce ( CHU=NOU sauce or TONKATSU sauce)
  • lettuce
  • tomato

Instructions
  1. Shape the pork into small ball, and sprinkle the salt and pepper.
  2. Put the flour into a bowl, add the water and mix well.
  3. Coat the pork with flour mixture, breadcrumbs, Place the pork in oil at 170℃, deep-fry for about 5-6 minutes. When the batter turns completely golden brown, retrieve and drain on a tray.
  4. Arrange the pork on a dish, and garnish with lettuce and tomato, pour over the sauce (Japanese sauce for deep-dried food)
