Well, today on Cooking Japanese Style we have a recipe called Fig and Celery with Champagne Vinaigrette Salad or いちじくとセロリのシャンパンヴィネガーサラダ in Japanese. I think this is a very healthy salad and very easy to make with any meat as your main course dinner. This is very easy to make and very delicious also. The sauce I think is the main ingredient in this salad and it brings out the taste as well. Enjoy Let’s see what ingredients we need to make our Fig and Celery with Champagne Vinaigrette Salad.
  • 2 celery
  • 2 fig
  • 5 walnut
  • For Champagne Vinaigrette Sauce:
  • 1 tbsp champagne vinegar
  • ¼ mustard(grain mustard)
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper
  • olive oil

  1. Cut the celery into thinly rectangles pieces. Peel the fig and cut it into thinly wedges pieces, and toast the walnut and crush.
  2. Combine the all ingredients of Champagne vinaigrette sauce and mix well.
  3. Place the celery, fig, and walnut in a bowl, pour over the olive oil a little. Then dress with champagne vinaigrette sauce.
