Spaghetti Neapolitan-Japanese Style 日本風スパゲッティナポリタン

Serves: 4

  • 250g spaghetti
  • 1 onion
  • 4 slice ham
  • 4 green pepper
  • 1 small can mushroom
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 7-8 tbsp ketchup
  • 1 tsp granules soup stock
  • 1 tsp wrocester sauce
  • salt and pepper
  • parmesen cheese your taste , to serve

  1. Slice the onion, cut the ham into 1㎝ wide pieces and green pepper in half and remove the seed, then cut into finely strips.
  2. Boil the spaghetti in water with salt and drain.
  3. Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the onion, ham, green pepper, and mushroom. And add the boiled spaghetti and fry again.
  4. Add the ketchup, soup stock and sauce. Fry quickly. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Place it on a plate and sprinkle the parmesan cheese.
