Deep-Fried Scallop and Rape ホタテと菜の花のかき揚げ

  • 200g (4-5 ) scallop
  • ⅓ bunch rape
  • ½ long green onion
  • flour
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1 cup flour
  • ¾ cup cold water
  • vegetable oil for deep- fry
  • salt
  • lemon

  1. Cut the scallop in 4 equal pieces. Cut the rape and long green onion into 2㎝ lengthwise pieces. Put the scallop, rape, and long green onion in a bowl and add the little of flour and toss.
  2. Combine the beaten egg, flour, and cold water and add the scallop, rape, and long green onion in a bowl, and mix briefly.
  3. Heat the oil to 180℃ and deep fry to until crispy ( bite- size pieces)
