Scallop with Spicy Saute ホタテのピリ辛ソテー

Serves: 4

  • 4 large size scallop
  • 4 wanton pastry skin
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp red chili, cut into finely chop
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • salt
  • asatsuki chive for garnish

  1. Heat the oil in a frying pan and fry the wanton until crispy. When it cooked, transfer onto kitchen paper let stand cool.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan and add the red chili fry for about 30 min over a low heat. Add the scallop and honey and fry for about 40 min both side and sprinkle the salt.
  3. Put the wanton on a plate, asatsuki chives, and scallop this in order. Pour over the roasted soup on top.
