Steamed Pork and Rape 豚バラと菜の花の蒸し物

  • 400g pork belly block
  • 1 bunch rape
  • 8 chestnuts
  • For dipping sauce:
  • A:
  • ½ tsp finely chopped garlic
  • ra-yu, sesame oil, salt
  • * Combine the every ingredients and mix:
  • B:
  • 2½ tbsp soy sauce
  • ½ tbsp finely chopped long green onion
  • ½ vinegar
  • * Combine every ingredients and mix:

  1. Sprinkle the salt to pork block. Put into the deep container and pour in enough water so that pork is completely, cover with plastic wrap and microwave on 5 min. Then turn over the pork and microwave on 5 min again. let stand cool and cut into 5㎜ thickness slice.
  2. Place the rape on a plate and put the pork on top. Sprinkle a little of salt and little of oil and steam for 15-20 min.
  3. Arrange it on a plate, garnish with chestnuts and dipping sauce.
