Fried Yam with Teriyaki 長いもの照り焼き炒め

Serves: 4

  • 400 g yam
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp mirin
  • tear seaweed

  1. Peel and cut the yam into 1㎝ thickness rounds.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and add the yam and fry.
  3. Add the soy sauce, sake, and mirin in to a frying pan and fry and toss.
  4. Finally, garnish with tear seaweeds.
