Cocktail Salad with Avocado and Salmon アボカドとサーモンのカクテルサラダ

Serves: 4

  • 100g salmon (for sashimi)
  • ½ apple
  • 4 avocados
  • 2 branch dill
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • salt and pepper

  1. Cut of the one side of avocado into 1㎝ wide and cut off other side in little and standing then. Scoop out the avocado and remove the seed and put into a bowl. Add the mayonnaise and mix.
  2. Cut the salmon and apple into small bite-size and chop the dill. Next add the avocado and mayonnaise mixture and mix briefly.
  3. Arrange the cocktail salad in a avocado skin and garnish with dill.
