Lettuce with Stir-Fried Beef レタスの牛肉炒めのせ

  • ½ lettuce
  • 150g thinly sliced beef
  • 1 green onion
  • 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  • 1½ sake
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 tsp soy sauce
  • ⅓ tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp ginger juice
  • vegetable oil

  1. Cut the beef into bite- size piece. Cut the green onion into thinly slice. Tear the lettuce in bite-size pieces. Combine the oyster sauce, sake, sugar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and ginger juice, and mix well.
  2. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the beef and fry. Add the green onion and fry. Add the combined sauce and fry until liquid is almost gone.
  3. Place the lettuce on a plate, and Put the stir-fried beef on top of the lettuce.
