Day #3 Simmered Pork and Chinese Cabbage(豚肉と白菜の煮込み)

  • 200g thinly sliced pork belly
  • ¼ Chinese cabbage
  • ½ carrot
  • salt and pepper
  • 3 tbsp sake

  1. Cut the pork and Chinese cabbage into bite-size pieces, cut the carrot into thinly slice.
  2. Put the pork, Chinese cabbage, and carrot in a pot with layer.
  3. Add the sake and 2 cup water and over a heat with cover. Simmer for about 20-30 min, season with salt and pepper. (Add the little of soy sauce your taste)
