Rolled Tonkatsu ロールとんかつ

Serves: 2 – 3

  • 200g thinly sliced pork
  • salt and pepper
  • vegetable oil for deep fry
  • flour for coating
  • 1 beaten egg for coating
  • breadcrumb for coating

  1. Rolling the sliced pork and shape. Sprinkle the salt and pepper.
  2. Coat with flour, beaten egg, and then breadcrumbs.
  3. Deep- fry at 170℃ until crispy. Serve with TONKATSU sauce.
