Eggplant Saute 茄子の炒め物

  • 3 eggplants
  • 2 sliced bacon or ham
  • 1 knob garlic
  • 1 chili
  • olive oil
  • salt and pepper

  1. Cut the eggplants into thinly slice and bacon in 5㎜ wide pieces. Cut the garlic into finely chop.
  2. Put the garlic, chili, olive oil in a frying pan and heat over a low heat. When it comes to good smell, put the egg plants and bacon. Then fry until eggplants is soft.
  3. Seasoning with salt and pepper.
  4. Note: Place the Eggplants sauté in a gratin plate, put the tomato sauce and sliced gruyere cheese and cook at 200℃ oven. You can make for “Eggplants Gratin” Serve with Baguette.
