Fried Udon with Miso and Butter 味噌バター焼きうどん

Serves: 2 – 3

  • 200g thin slice of pork
  • 200g cabbage
  • ½ onion
  • 1½ tbsp sesame oil
  • 1½ tbsp butter
  • 150g mix vegetables
  • 4pk noodles
  • salt and pepper (add the amount of your taste)
  • A: for combine seasoning
  • 1tbsp Japanese sake
  • 1tbsp water
  • 1tbsp granules chicken soup base
  • 1knob of garlic
  • 3 tbsp miso

  1. First cut the pork into bite size, then add salt and pepper.
  2. Next cut the cabbage into 2cm long ways and cut the onion into thin slices.
  3. Mix (A) ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
  4. Add sesame oil to your hot plate. Then add the pork and mix vegetables and fry it a little.
  5. Add the butter. Enjoy
