Cole Slaw Salad コールスローサラダ

Here’s a very simple side-dish for any lunch or dinner menu you have for the family. You will be done in minutes make this, when you don’t have much time or don’t want to make anything big. My hubby and the kids just love their Cole Slaw Salad which I don’t usually make much, cause the hubby makes it all the time. Enjoy and we will see you all tomorrow. Keep on Cooking!!
  • 100g Cabbage
  • ½ tsp Vegetable Oil
  • 1¼ tsp Vinegar ( Rice Vinegar or White Wine Vinegar)
  • ½ tsp Mayonnaise
  • ¼ tsp Black Pepper
  • ⅙ tsp Dried Parsley

  1. Cut the cabbage into julienne strips. Place the cabbage into a bowl, add the vegetable oil and mix, add the sugar and mix.
  2. Add the vinegar and mix, add the salt and mix, add the mayonnaise and mix, and add the pepper and mix. Sprinkle the dried parsley.
