Chicken Hamburger with miso and perilla was something I saw on T.V. I knew this was something I wanted to taste as well as make. I just recently started enjoy eating perilla leave with different various foods and was one I haven’t tried, cause of the flavor of both the miso and perilla it made the chicken hamburger shine with the flavors. I took me a couple times to get this recipe right with it’s taste. I hope you enjoy this Japanese recipe.
