Pork Hot Pot 豚鍋

Good Morning everyone, another weekend and a new week has started. Today’s recipe is called Pork Hot Pot or Buta Nabe. This is great during the cold and rainy days and you want to eat something warm. Very easy to make and very delicious. Well, let’s get started with what we need to make our Pork Hot Pot.
Ingredients
  • 900g-1kg Pork thinly slice
  • 500g spinach
  • 10cm square × 1 konbu kelp
  • 1.5-2 liter water

Instructions
  1. Set the water and konbu kelp in a pot and over a heat with cover.
  2. When it comes boil, reduce the heat to low, and add the pork. When it heated through, add the spinach. And simmer until heated through and each diner dip it in favorite dipping sauce with condiments.
  3. Dipping sauce:
  4. ♢ Ponzu sauce
  5. ♢ Olive oil + soy sauce
  6. ♢ sesame sauce
  7. Condiments:
  8. ♢ grated white radish + chili powder
  9. ♢ grind sesame
  10. ♢ mustard
  11. ♢ japanese lime “YUZU” (grated zest, juice etc…)
  12. ♢ pepper
  13. ♢ spring onion chopped
