We usually have this during the winter season when the oyster is in season and very big. This is one my hubby’s favorite dishes.   • 350g oyster
  • ½ long green onion
  • 1 tbsp sake
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 2 tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp butter

  1. Wash the oyster briefly, cut the long green onion into thinly diagonal slice.
  2. Heat the butter in a pan, add the oyster and long green onion, and fry.
  3. Add the sake, sugar and miso, and fry until cooked oyster.
