Ingredients
  • 2 fillet white meat fish
  • 3 potato
  • ⅓ tsp salt
  • pepper
  • vegetable oil for- fry

Instructions
  1. Remove the fish skin, and cut in half. Cut the potato into thinly strips, and add the salt and pepper and mix.
  2. Cover the fish with potato all over, and heat the oil into a frying pan, and fry the fish until crispy and golden brown.
