Stir-Fried Eggplant with Spicy Miso 茄子の辛み炒め

  • 3 eggplants
  • 2 tbsp miso
  • 2 tbsp sake
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • tobanjyan( Chinese spicy miso)
  • vegetable oil

  1. Slice the eggplant. Heat the oil in a frying pan, and add the egg plant and stir- fry until wilted.
  2. Add the miso, sake, sugar and little of tobanjyan, and stir- fry.
