Deep-Fried Chicken Wings with Fish Sauce Flavor 手羽先のヌクマム揚げ

  • 300g chicken wings
  • 1 lemon glass, cut into finely chop
  • 1 knob garlic, cut into finely chop
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • salt
  • Japanese chili
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • vegetable oil for deep fry
  • coriander

  1. Put the fish sauce, sugar, salt, Japanese chili, and sesame oil into a bowl and mix well. Add the lemon glass and garlic.
  2. Put the chicken wing into a bowl of (1) and knead well with season. Let stand for 30 min.
  3. Heat the oil in a deep frying pan over a medium heat and Deep frying the chicken wings until crispy and golden brown color.
