Amber-jack with Garlic Oil ぶりのにんにくオイルがけ

This Japanese recipe is very tasty when adding the Garlic Oil to the Amber-jack. Sometime I wish we had a grill, so I can grill this love dish on it. If any one has a grill and tries this recipe, let us know how it went for you. Well, have a great day and we will see you all tomorrow.
  • 2 fillets amber jack
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1 red chili
  • salt and pepper
  • lettuce
  • 1 parsley
  • lemon your choice

  1. Cut the garlic into thinly slice and chili into chop. Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over a low heat, add the garlic and red chili. When the garlic is golden brown, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat a grill, and grill the amberjack. Arrange the lettuce and grilled amberjack on a dish, pour the garlic oil all over, oil still hot.
  3. Next sprinkle the parsley(finely chop), and garnish with lemon your choice.
