Hello Everyone.  Finally a very cool weather today, maybe due to the ugly weather. lol  Hey, I will take it instead of the hot and humid weather.  Yesterday while I was at work, my hubby was work on the site and some how our server went down due to overload on our site.  He quickly received an email from our server company tell us that we had to add a plugin to our site called W3 Total Cache to help our site run a little better.  He said our site was down for about 40 minutes, until my hubby and the our serve guys got the site back up.  Here’s a question for you guys and gals, for your site are you using your own Dedicated Server?  If Yes, if you can to me a little it how it works and the benefits of having a Dedicated Server?  Thanks

Diet Recipe#3 Miso Soup with Shimeji mushroom しめじのみそ汁

Well, back to our recipe of the day on Cooking Japanese Style is dish called Miso Soup with Shimeji Mushrooms or しめじのみそ汁 in Japanese. This is very simple to make and very healthy. Our family has this every day, it’s like having your morning coffee everyday. Enjoy and we will see you all tomorrow, oh one thing my hubby will have the Restaurant Review will be up tonight.
  • ½ pack Shimeji mushroom
  • 10㎝ long green onion
  • 300cc dashi stock
  • 2 tsp miso

  1. Cut off the stem of shimeji mushroom and divided them into small group.
  2. Cut the long green onion into chop
  3. Bring to the boiling to dash stock, add the Shimeji mushroom and simmer until cooked, and add the long green onion and turn off the heat.
  4. Add the miso and mix well.
