Crispy Deep-Fried Tofu with Grated White Radish カリカリ厚揚げのおろし和え

Here’s another Tofu Dish, here on Cooking Japanese Style. This is a very easy and simple dish to make for the family. The white radish was on sale and I had some tofu pack in the refrigerator, so I decided to make this dish.
  • 200 grams Deep Fried Thick Tofu
  • 2.5 ㎝ White Radish, Grated
  • 1½ tablespoon MENTSUYU(or 1 tbsp soy sauce)
  • 1 Spring Onion
  • 1~2 MYO-GA

  1. Heat the frying pan, and put the deep fried thick tofu, and cook on medium heat until crispy for both side. And cut into easy to eat size.
  2. Cut the spring onion in edge cut, and cut the MYO-GA in thinly slice.
  3. Arrange the deep fried thick tofu on a plate, garnish with grated white radish, spring onion, MYO-GA and MENTSUYU or soy sauce.
