Here’s a a non-Japanese Style recipe, after watching Hell’s Kitchen for the pass month. I have never tried a Risotto dish and I wanted to try it and decided to make it for the family. It took me twice to make it cause the first try I burnt the risotto, in the back of my mind on the first try was hearing Chef Ramsay Shouting at me “You Burnt the Risotto, You!!”. So I tossed it out and started all over again and the second try turn out to be great. Whew.. Well, I hope you enjoy this recipe and Keep on Cooking!!
Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp Sake or White Wine

  • 500 cc Hot water
  • 50g Parmesan Cheese
  • ½ tsp Salt and Pepper

Instructions
  1. Heat the butter(15g) in a pan, add the onion and fry. Put the soup stock cube into a hot water, and make to soup.
