Hello everyone, hope that you had a great weekend.  It’s been so hot here that we stayed indoors all weekend, relaxing at home running the air condition on all day. lol  Here’s my Diet recipe #2 on Cooking Japanese Style and the dish is called Grilled Chicken with Marinaded Miso or 鶏の味噌焼き in Japanese.

Diet Recipe#2 Grill Chicken with Marinaded Miso 鶏の味噌焼き
Recipe type: Diet Recipe, Chicken
Serves: 2

This is another light meal using chicken for one person serving this recipe has 162 calories. This was very delicious dish and the family loved it, but I had make extra cause the hubby can eat. lol Well I hope you enjoy this dish and we will see you all tomorrow. Keep on Cooking!!
  • 90g × 2 Chicken tight
  • ½ tsp. vegetable oil
  • For Marinade
  • 1 tbsp. miso
  • 1 tsp. sake
  • 1 tsp. Mirin
  • ½ tbsp. sugar

  1. Put the miso, sake, Mirin, and sugar into some container or bowl and mix.
  2. Marinade the chicken in miso mixture for about 1hour over.
  3. Heat the oil into a frying pan, and cook the chicken, or pour the oil on chicken and grill into a oven for about 10-15min.
